(Above is My absolute favorite salad - so glad tomato season is coming soon!)
I can hardly believe it has been 3 years since I started by blog! I'm so glad to have a place to organize my recipes, try new recipes, and share them with others. I will never claim to be a chef, just someone who loves food, loves to cook, and can read a recipe! Thanks to everyone who reads, comments, or tells me personally what they have made and liked (or didn't like!).
Unfortunately, the computer I usually do all of my posting from is DEAD, so I don't have easy access to most of my pictures. So instead of sharing a new recipe today, I'm taking a look back at all my posts in the last three years and sharing links to some of my favorite recipes.

As you can tell from the title I am doing a give away to celebrate! This is not sponsored by anyone other than myself, but I wanted to give one lucky reader a token of my appreciation: a $25 gift card to Williams-Sonoma.

ReplyDeleteCongratulations on 3 years! I would have to agree with you on the salad and another one of my favorites is the Mexican Lasagna!
ReplyDeleteWell, I use your blog all the time- at least when I decide to cook :>)
ReplyDeleteAfter reading your favorites, the Mexican Lasagna is one I plan to try. I love that you love to cook. Your Grandmother (my mother) was an excellent cook. Thanks for carrying on the tradition!! xoxox
Wow, 3 years?! Congrats Elizabeth! I enjoy your blog so much and want to thank you for keeping at it! :) As far as my favorite recipe of yours, I've made quite a few but loved the Creamy Chicken Enchiladas the best. I have had your Marinated Hearts of Palm Salad in my bookmarks for a while now, and hope to make it soon!
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I never mentioned it to you- but I LOVE your blog! By the way, there's a Boston Mom's chat group out here, and someone asked us to share our favorite cooking blogs. I shared yours- hope it's okay! Keep it up- love the good dutch cooking! (And the Chilean stuff too:) My fave (that I've tried) are the rasberry brie bites- yum!
ReplyDeleteWay to stick with it Elizabeth, congrats!
ReplyDeleteI've never tried kale chips (so I guess I don't qualify for the giveaway) but I love the idea! Perhaps I can get my wife to eat these delicious, nutritious greens finally.
I was hoping the prize would be for you to move in for a week and be my personal chef!
ReplyDeleteI am a follower.
